Top Tech Desk (the "app", at top-tech-desk.pages.dev) is a business management tool for Top Tech Mechanical. Last updated: 13 October 2026.
The app stores the business information you enter, such as income, expenses, parts and stock, calendar bookings, price watch lists and receipts. This data is kept in your own browser on the device you use.
If you choose to connect Google Drive, the app asks for the drive.file permission. This lets the app create and access only the files it creates or that you open with it. It cannot see your other Drive files. The connection is used only to back up your app data to your own Google Drive and keep it in sync across your devices.
The app may also use Google's text recognition (OCR) service to read text from receipt photos you choose to scan. Only the images you scan are sent to Google for this purpose, and the extracted text is saved back into your own app data.
The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your data is used only to provide the features described above. We do not sell your data, share it with any third parties other than Google and Cloudflare as described above, use it for advertising, or allow people to read it. Your Drive data is stored in your Google account and is not copied to any server run by the app.
The app is served as a website by Cloudflare Pages. Like any website host, Cloudflare may process standard connection information such as IP address when you load the page. The app also loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive the same connection information.
You can disconnect the app at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You can delete the backup files from your Google Drive, and clear the app's data by clearing site data in your browser.
